While I have always been interested in tech I started my career in the physical product world, developing everything from FMCG to large-scale engineering products. Fast forward a few years and I realized that I could apply the same principles used in physical product development to software development and that, as they say, was history.

15+ years later and I have never looked back. I love the ability to rapidly iterate, split test and gather user feedback and data in an instant that the virtual world gives us, in a way that I could only dream of with physical products. RTS gives me the ability to share this knowledge with founders of all kinds, in all corners of the globe which means no 2 days are ever the same for me.

With a career in technology spanning nearly three decades, I have worked across the full breadth of the industry, from hands-on development to executive leadership roles including CTO, CIO, Head of Development, and Vice President of Quality Assurance. That range of experience, across startups and established businesses alike and including two successful exits, gives me a perspective that is both technical and strategic.

I’ve always been drawn to beauty and art. Prior to diving into web design, I worked for a clothing brand, where I had the opportunity to assist with brand image creation, social media content creation, video production and marketing. This job sparked my interest in web design and led me to pursue a web design freelance career. Now as a RightTech’s art director, I utilize my (7+ years) work experience in digital design, marketing and web design to create meaningful, intuitive, and clean websites.
